1. Purpose These terms and conditions regulate the sale of decorative figures manufactured using 3D printing technology. These items are exclusively for ornamental purposes and are not considered toys. The purchase of the product implies the acceptance of these conditions.
2. Nature of the product The figures are made of plastic materials such as PLA and PETG. Due to the 3D printing process, they may present small variations, layer lines, or slight imperfections typical of the artisanal process, which are not considered defects.
3. Safety warnings
- Decorative product.
- Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
- Not a toy.
- May contain small parts.
- Do not put in the mouth.
- Do not expose to high heat sources.
The seller declines any responsibility arising from improper use or use other than its decorative purpose. The handling and any subsequent process applied to the product are the responsibility of the end user. Handling by minors, always over 4 years of age, must be carried out in the presence of a responsible adult.
4. Price and payment Prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes according to current regulations.
5. Right of withdrawal In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal. Returns will not be accepted for customized or made-to-order products, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
6. Warranty The products have a legal warranty of 3 years for lack of conformity, according to current consumer regulations. This warranty does not cover damages derived from misuse, incorrect handling, or exposure to inappropriate conditions.
7. Applicable law These terms and conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation.
8. Intellectual property and copyright The customer guarantees that they hold the copyrights or the explicit authorization necessary for the reproduction of the submitted drawings or images. The company is not responsible for any infringement of copyrights or trademarks arising from the designs provided by the user. If we detect that a design violates these rights, we reserve the right not to proceed with manufacturing. In this event, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued, deducting only the processing fees retained by the payment gateway.
Shippment
1. Delivery area Shipments are made throughout the Spanish national territory. For international shipments, please check availability in advance.
2. Delivery times Standard shipping: approximately between 2 and 5 business days. Custom orders: the processing time may vary depending on the product and will be communicated prior to purchase confirmation.
3. Shipping costs Shipping costs are included in the price.
4. Order processing Orders are prepared within 15 business days following payment confirmation.
5. Shipment tracking Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can check its status directly on the carrier’s tracking platform.
6. Delivery issues If the package arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours upon receipt to manage the incident.
7. Recipient absence If no one is available at the indicated address, the carrier may leave a notice for the package to be collected at the nearest office or collection point.
8. Liability We are not liable for delays caused by external factors or incidents inherent to the carrier’s service.
